Library Help: Teaching and learning

LSEG (formerly Refinitiv) Workspace for Students is a specialist company database with excellent global coverage. It replaces Refinitiv Eikon. Workspace is available as a website, a desktop application and an Excel add-in, with some data only available using a particular access method. The Datastream and SDC Platinum databases are available within Workspace. You need to register for an LSEG MyAccount ID (formerly MyRefinitiv ID) to access Workspace and you may need to re-register every time. The web version is available in all modern browsers and does not require the University's VPN service to access off campus.

1. Register for an LSEG MyAccount (MyRefintiv) ID.
2. Go to Workspace web access sign-in page.
   • https://workspace.refinitiv.com/web
3. Enter the MyAccount user ID and password.
4. You can now use Workspace. 

Please note that there is a limited number of licences for LSEG Workspace. These reset on the 1st of each month. If you are having issues accessing the system, please contact the Library Team.
