Where can I find information and statistics on management buyouts?
Refinitiv can be used to find management buyouts like any other mergers and acquisitions deal. See our guide Researching mergers and acquisitions which introduces the Screener app.
- Search for the 'Screener' app.
- Select the 'Deals' Universe and 'M&A' Asset Class.
- Click in 'Add Filter' and type 'Acquisition Techniques'; after the 'Include' box, select 'Management Buyout' and click 'Done'.
- Continue your search by adding other filters.
