Where can I find info on a company's supply chain management?

In Bloomberg, use the ‘SPLC function for a specific company. (After finding the company, type ‘SPLC’ and press Enter.) Bloomberg does not allow universities to export supply chain data to Excel.

In Eikon, search for the company then use the horizontal menu: under 'Peers & Valuation' click 'Value Chains'. You can view the suppliers and customers for quoted companies around the world. There are additional views (top-right) for 'Industry Breakdown' and 'Geographic Breakdown'. (Note: you need to book a slot to use an Eikon ID.)

Capital IQ report current and recent supply chain relationships (customers, suppliers, and strategic partners). Search for a company, then select ‘Business Relationships from the left menu.

ProQuest provides articles and reports from industry and academic publication on the topic. Business Source Premier provides articles from industry and academic publications on the topic. It includes full-text of Harvard Business Review and abstract of HBS cases.

In Factiva, to search for press releases over a period of time, more can be found than that is typically on the company's website. Under Source Box, choose ‘Top Sources’ and then mark only ‘Press Release Wires’. Also choose your company under the ‘Company’ box. You will see releases from your company and press releases from other companies doing business with your company.
