Changing folder locations for EndNote desktop styles

You can add new styles to be used by your EndNote programme by changing the folder location for your styles.

The default folder location points to the local drive (C:Drive) which cannot be written to. So if you create your own folder called ‘styles’ and point EndNote to that, then you can add any styles you want to that folder and use them with your EndNote programme.

See the animated gif to show you how to accomplish this.

If you are still having problems you can email uml.teachingandlearning@manchester.ac.uk or come to our reference management drop-in every Friday in the Main Library Blue ground floor between 2-3pm.

Kind regards
