Where can I find the Emtree terms in Embase?
Emtree terms are Medical Subject Headings that are specifically attributed to Embase. In the Ovid platform the Embase database contains the ‘Map Term To Subject Heading (MeSH)’ option underneath the search box. This MeSH option will show the MeSH headings specific to Embase.
Elesvier Science Direct also hosts a version of Embase that refers to MeSH as Emtree. It is essentially the same function. However the University of Manchester does not subscribe to the Elsevier version.
