To transfer references from EndNote Desktop to EndNote Online:

In EndNote Desktop, select 'Sync Configuration' and choose 'Sync now'.
At the login prompt, use your EndNote Online email address and password and select 'OK'.
Your references should now be transferred to your EndNote Online library.

Please be aware that this may take several minutes to complete the first time that you synchronise your library.
