Does the Library have Height-Adjustable Desks?
Height Adjustable Desks can be found in the following areas of each library site:
Main Library:
Blue Ground

The desks in the Accessible Equipment Room are all height-adjustable. These are available to students who have registered with the University’s Disability Advisory Support Service (DASS) and have been recommended access to the rooms in their support plan.

If you are registered with DASS but don't currently have access, and you feel this is something that would be beneficial to you, please contact your Disability Adviser.
Blue 1

2 desks by the Printers near the doors towards the Green area.
Blue 2

2 desks near the staircase into the Purple and Orange Areas.

One desk by the staircase heading into the Green Area.
Blue 3

Two desks near the staircase into the Orange Area.

One desk by the staircase heading into the Green Area
Blue 4

One desk can be found to the left of the printer on this floor.
Alan Gilbert Learning Commons:
Floor 1

Four desks overlooking Oxford Road at the back of the building.
Floor 2

One desk on each side of the main staircase, facing the Main Library.

6 desks overlooking Oxford Road at the back of the building.
Floor 3

One desk on each side of the main staircase, facing the Main Library.

4 overlooking Oxford Road at the back of the building.

2 desks can be found in the Computer Cluster.
Lower Ground
