Our spaces are very popular so we would advise submitting your form with as much notice as possible. Please allow a minimum of 14 days between completing the form and the event you wish to run.
There are certain periods in the year where we prioritise our spaces for study (e.g. exam periods) due to this, it may not be possible to run an event during these times
