Where can I find IT support?
On site support is available at the Main Library and Alan Gilbert Learning Commons. For users of other Library sites, support is available on request.
The Library's Digital Support Services team provide help with:
- IT account queries.
- Connecting to email or other University services.
- Support for personal devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones.
- Eduroam, Wi-Fi and Virtual Private Network (VPN).
- University licensed applications (including Microsoft Office 365).
- Library PC cluster & printing support.
- Library digital services and equipment loans.
- General troubleshooting and guidance.

From Monday 24 November 2025 the Staff IT Support Desk will temporarily be based in Main Library.
In person support will be available Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00pm. University staff and students can also refer to IT online support.
