Where can I find advice on Student Wellbeing?

The University is committed to providing excellent student wellbeing services.  There are numerous ways in which we can help you with your wellbeing both physical and mental.

Student Support offer various online pages, that cover a vast range of wellbeing topics such as managing your money and solving common worries. You can also attend face to face workshops, that can help you build skills around dealing with stress and anxiety.

The Library's My Learning Essentials programme also has a number of online resources and workshops.

You can also visit the Wellbeing Hub on the Ground floor of the Main Library, it offers face-to-face support for a wide range of issues and can also signpost you to other services where appropriate. There is no appointment necessary, simply visit the hub between 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday and one of the friendly advisors will be happy to chat with you.
