I've finished my studies, can I get a print credit refund?


If you are a final year student you can request a refund for unused printing credit for amounts above £10 only, provided it was purchased online using ePayments. Unused credit provided by the School cannot be refunded.

Note:

  • Print credit can only be refunded if it was credited in the previous 582 days
  • Refunds of unused credit are only given to final year students and take a month to process
  • Only purchase credit you know you are going to use
