LibAnswers: Customer Services

You can contact sites directly to enquire if your item has been handed in to us. Lost property is handled differently at each of our sites: 
 

• Main Library; Alan Gilbert Learning Commons; Art and Archeology Library; Lenagan Library; Stopford Library- lost property is logged and kept behind the Customer Services Desk of that site for a month. It is then removed from our log and disposed off accordingly.  

• Eddie Davies Library - lost property is passed on to the Alliance MBS reception desk by the building entrance. 

• (bankcards found on their own are only kept until 11am the following morning and then destroyed)
