Library Search is not loading - what should I do?
If Library Search is not loading properly, please try the following:
- Clear your cookies/cache/browser history
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox etc)
If you are using Safari then 3rd party cookies are disabled by default so you may need to enable them. To do this:
- In a Safari browser window, click on "Safari" in the top left to open the dropdown menu
- Select "Preferences"
- Click "Privacy"
- Under "Block cookies", select the option "Never"
- You can then change the Privacy setting back to "Always" once you've finished using Library Search if you wish.
