How do I renew items I have borrowed?
There are a number of ways to renew your items:
- Log in to MyManchester to access your Library account and renew items from there.
- Contact us via Library Help.
- If you are in a library and have the items with you, you can re-issue them to yourself on a self-issue machine. This will renew them to the next due date. Alternatively, you can speak to a member of staff who will renew your items for you.

High Demand items are renewed in the same way.
If your item is already past its due date, please speak to a member of staff. You will not be able to renew an item that has been recalled.
