Accessing Thomson ONE
Service announcement: Thomson ONE and Thomson Research were withdrawn from service on 31 October 2021. They have been replaced with Refinitiv Eikon. The Thomson ONE platform was launched several years ago at a time when Internet Explorer (IE) was the standard web browser in corporate offices and it was easier (and arguably more secure) to build an application based on one platform than to support several. As a result, it could only be used on computers running Microsoft Windows operating system (it is not compatible with Linux or macOS). Additionally, Internet Explorer could only be used in compatibility mode.
