I am having a problem with the Library Access browser extension – what should I do?

Library Access is a browser extension for Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari that makes it easier to access electronic resources provided by the Library. When you are off-campus you can use the extension to access content courtesy of the Library without having to visit the Library website first.

You can find more information about Library Access on our website.

If you have any problem please ensure that you have the latest version of your browser installed. The minimum browser requirements for Library Access are:

- Google Chrome version 62
- Firefox version 56, or version 59 for ESR

- Safari version 11.0
- Opera version 51
