I’m connected to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) Service, but I cannot access a particular e-journal, e-book or database. Please can you help?
VPN is no longer required to access Library electronic resources from off-campus.
You can find information about the three main methods which provide you with access to e-journals, e-books and databases provide by the Library on our website.
All of the methods above will provide you with access to the Library’s electronic resources irrespective of whether or not you are connected to the Global Protect VPN.
