How can I check if my reservation has arrived?
If you have made a reservation, you will be notified by email when the item is ready to be collected.
If you selected to collect your item from the Main library your email will contain a code which you can use to locate it in the Collect Me room.
If you selected to collect your item from a different library site you will need to speak to staff at the Customer Service desk.
You can also check on your library account which will show when you have a reservation to collect.
